We at Auckland Flowers and Gifts take your privacy very seriously and wish to make your shopping experience as safe and convenient as possible. Your order and credit card details are protected by our secure server. We do not sell, trade or share the information you provide us to anyone.

We cannot divulge to any recipient of gifts or flowers details of the sender without the express permission of the sender.

What information do we collect and how do we use it?
When you order from us we ask you for your e-mail address and we need to know your name, your delivery address, your telephone number (in case any of our customer service staff need to contact you regarding your order) and your credit card information. This information is used  to fill your order. Your personal information is stored in our order processing system but is not available to unauthorised persons. To keep you up to date with specials, new products etc, we will retain your email address on file and send you newsletters before special events. We will not give your Name or details to any other person or company. If you wish to be removed from our mailing list please email us.

Do we use Cookies?
Yes. Cookies are small amounts of information stored on your hard drive that help you navigate around the site. Most browsers these days are set up to automatically accept cookies. One cookie is stored on your computer which is a unique number to identify you. Each time you add an item to your cart, this number is also sent so the product is added to your personal cart. This feature also enables you to return to your order at any time and your cart will still contain products from your last visit (providing you do not clear your cart before leaving).

Changes to your personal information 
Your personal information is not available online for you to view however it is held at our head office once your order is completed. If you wish to change the information that is held about you, or ask that we delete it, please e-mail us: info@nzflower.co.nz with your change of details.

Consumer Guarantee
All purchases from this site are covered by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 which guarantees that any goods purchased for personal use may be returned, if they are considered faulty, for repair, replacement or refund of purchase price within a reasonable period of time as defined by Act.
