1. Select the gift baskets you'd like to send to your gift recipients from our entire gift baskets collection.
   If you don't find what you're looking for, visit our Design your Own Gift Baskets pages and pick and choose to create your own Design.  Print out a copy for faxing or copy and paste the shopping basket contents into an email, (which gives the value of your order and items required) to send to us.
    
2. Request our easy-to-use electronic Multiple Order Form via email.  We'll email the order form and instructions to you within minutes (during business hours). Or you can also obtain our order form by clicking on the above "Download Button" and saving to your PC, or by calling us at +64 9 579 5692
    
3. Complete the www.nzflower.co.nz order form and email it to us at sales@nzflower.co.nz
    
4. We'll call you to confirm receipt of your order form and to obtain payment information.  We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Card, Paypal, Bank Direct Credit and Company Cheques.  Payment is due before we ship your gift baskets. We ship your order within 24 hours of receipt of your order form (not including Saturday and Sunday) or on your chosen date.

          To complete your order, you'll need to provide this information about yourself:

• Your Name
• Your Daytime Phone Number
• Your Email Address
• Your Company Name including Department
• Your Company Street Address including Suite or Floor Number
• Your Company City
• Your Fax Number
• Payment method (credit card / Direct Credit / Business Cheque)                                  

For each gift basket recipient, you'll need to provide this information:

• Gift Basket Name, or your own Designed gift basket details.
• Shipping Method  (Overnight NZ wide, collection, or economy)
• Gift Basket Price and Delivery Cost - or we can add the delivery costs in
• Recipient's Name
• Recipient's Company Name  (if applicable)
• Recipient's Street Address including Suite, Floor, or Apt. Number.
• Recipient's Suburb and City
• Recipient's Daytime Phone Number
• Your Personalized Gift Card Message

Bartercard Multiple Orders:  All Bartercard multiple orders for Christmas must be placed in November for delivery or collection in November.  Individual Bartercard shoppers are welcome through December though once an  individual customers group of orders total more than $500.00, they will need to pay 50% of the order value via Credit Card and the balance via Bartercard.
