I wanted to let you know how happy I am with the quick service. I ordered a basket at 12.30 Sydney time to go to Dunedin. It arrived at 7.45am next morning. Fantatic really wrapped and the basket was beautiful I have been told by my Dad. REally happy at both ends will definately use again.

I have just received  the lovely gift of Wellbeing products that you sent me.   I now feel very spoilt and want to thank you for sending the gift and especially for all the trouble you have gone to, to put matters right.   Obviously delivered by a reliable courier.  Sunday's flowers are still looking good after their ordeal.

Something to make you laugh, when I came home from work there was a young man over the road walking around with a bunch of flowers and looking puzzled.   I couldn't resist going over and asking him who they were addressed to, not me, but he was having trouble sorting out the address.   I appreciate it can be a problem but where I live at No.3, letterboxes on either side of the driveway say 3/1 and 3/2, really quite simple.

I hope that your Mothers Day wasn't marred by your having to work such long hours.

Once again - superb service - Lorna (my Mum) was absolutely rapt with her flowers - considering I emailed you on my Wednesday - she then got them when I asked (Thursday afternoon) - and is thrilled with not only the stunning flowers but all the little bits, like the water bags on the roses and the wet bits on the stems of some of the other flowers. She called me to say thanks - and said so much about them I couldn't keep track!! Plus said the bunch was huge - nice to have a happy mother.

Thanks for your email confirmation. I also had an email waiting from my mum to say thanks for the flowers. She said they were beautiful and that there was so much greenery she had to get a bigger vase so thank you very much for first class service and efficiency again. I did find out what the problem had been with my original fax. I feel embarrassed to admit it, but when I printed out the order form, your fax number was missing the last digit on the print out. Thank you for your message. I hadn't realised that delivery wasn't usually on Sundays - because I wasn't sure when my friend was moving in to her new house I put the Sunday to be on the safe side! If it's a problem - Saturday will be fine if necessary. As she's a teacher I just didn't want to send them during the week. Father's Day over here is the same as in the US and is in June - so I didn't even think about it when I saw the Father's Day stuff on the website. Teach me not to read things properly!

Whenever you deliver them will be fine. I think this ios the third time I've ordered flowers from you and the other two have been great. I even saw the tulip bouquet as my husband and I were over for the birthday when they were delivered. They were great so keep it up. It really adds to events when I know I can order something that will be good quality and nicely packaged etc. Thanks for your help!

I am stumbling for the right words to clearly say what I'm feeling, so please read the following in it's entirety : all of this, the ordering of the flowers, correcting the order, emailing me immediately when you got...it all may seem so simple to you or a daily matter of flower order and delivery and I might have even come off as very demanding and high-maintenance. I never meant to be; please know that your attention to my requests has made a world of difference! Wayne and I are having such a difficult time being here, in the States, when all this is going on back in New Zealand. Again, you may think you are just fulfilling an online order, but really you are doing SO much more!

You have truly put my heart and soul at ease knowing that Nan got a bouquet of flowers today from her favorite grandson! :) You really have made a very difficult situation a little easier with which to cope. Just a quick note to say thank you very much for the delivery of the flowers
and wine to my parents over in NZ - they were very impressed.  They loved

ust wanted to say Thank you for your prompt service.  This was my first attempt at ordering over the Web and I was pleased all went well.  The flowers where delivered to an Auckland lady who, at 92, just underwent some drastic surgery.  They where bright and aromatic and I hear from her family made her day.  Thanks again.
