Delivery Schedules for Valentines Day 2012:
We prefer happy customers that receive their gifts on time, so please read the following conditions and recommendations carefully.

On Valentines Day itself, the couriers are extremely busy and sometimes deliveries are not made until late evening on the 14^th. (right through to 9pm) In the past this has caused concern. We highly recommend requesting a delivery late on the 13th February so your gifts can be enjoyed the whole day through.

Our phones will be busy on the 14^th, so please understand if we cannot answer an enquiry immediately, and take into account that the couriers phones are historically overloaded and we cannot guarantee a response on the day. When you place an order via our website, you are given an order number that should be quoted and your order will be tracked more easily. The couriers give business address's priority, then go onto home addreses. NO time requests can be taken into account unless you wish to pay the extra for an urgent courier.

Rural Delivery	No fresh flowers or balloons, only gift lines. Delivery weekdays only. Please include the recipients phone number. Saturday or Sunday delivery not available sorry. Friday 10th February 3pm	Between Monday the 13th and Wednesday the 15th - we cannot guarantee the date
North or South Island ( non Auckland )	Please include the phone number and where possible the mobile number of the recipient. If to a business or apartment, the full business name or apartment name. NB: If you are running late please order from our Same Day New Zealand Wide page for delivery just about anywhere in New Zealand.	Monday 13th February 3pm	Tuesday 14^th February. No time guaranteed.
Auckland Business	Include the full business name and level or floor number if appropriate. A phone number of the recipient is required and also a cell phone number if possible. We need to make it as easy and quick as possible for the couriers to find the address. NO time requests can be taken into account unless you wish to pay the extra for an urgent courier.	Tuesday 14^th February 9.00am	14^th February. No time guaranteed but within business hours
Auckland Apartments	Include a home phone number / mobile phone number / and work number - of the recipient. The mobile number or a work number is very important in case the couriers cannot gain access to the apartment complex. With no phone numbers your delivery is not guaranteed. No specific time of the day is guaranteed.	14^th February 12.00 noon	14^th February. No time guaranteed. Deliveries take place up to 9pm.
