Delivery Schedules for Valentines Day 2010 :
We prefer happy customers that receive their gifts on time, so please read the following conditions and recommendations carefully.

With the couriers being so busy on the day, and deliveries often not taking place till later in the day, we recommend you request delivery late on the 13th to a home address so the gifts can be enjoyed all of Valentines Day.

On Valentines Day itself, the couriers are extremely busy and sometimes deliveries are not made until late evening on the 14^th. In the past this has caused concern. Our phones will be busy on the 14^th, so please understand if we cannot answer an enquiry immediately, and take into account that the couriers phones are historically overloaded and we cannot guarantee a response on the day. When you place an order via our website, you are given an order number that should be quoted and your order will be tracked more easily.

Rural Delivery	No fresh flowers or balloons, only gift lines. Delivery weekdays only. Please include the recipients phone number. Saturday or Sunday delivery not available sorry. Flowers and perishable items sent at your own risk.	10^th February 3pm	11^th – 12^th February
North or South Island	No balloons sorry. Please include the phone number and where possible the mobile number of the recipient. If to a business or apartment, the full business name or apartment name. NB: If you are running late please order from our Same Day New Zealand Wide page for delivery just about anywhere in New Zealand.	11^th February 3pm Minor Towns	12^th February as long as the address is correct
North or South Island		12th February 2pm Major Towns	13^th February as long as the address is correct
Auckland Business	Include a phone number of the recipient, a cell phone number as well if possible and the full business name. For business deliveries on the 13th you must advise the times they will be open. We do not have time to check for you sorry.	12^th February 9.00am	12^th February. No time guaranteed but within business hours
Auckland Apartments	Include a home phone number / mobile phone number / and work number - of the recipient. The mobile number or a work number is very important in case the couriers cannot gain access to the apartment complex. We recommend requesting delivery late on the 13th just in case there are access problems that need sorting.	14^th February 12.00 noon	14^th February. No time guaranteed
Auckland Home	Include a phone number ( and mobile phone number if possible) for the recipient. No specific time of the day is guaranteed.
